Misleading and not free either

I went with CyberGhost because I heard good things about it from tech websites. I first tried out the free PC version which took a while to connect and only allowed you to connect two hours at a time. While on their website debating whether or not to subscribe to their premium service, up popped up a special sign up discount for $20 per year. I thought that was a good deal considering the good reviews I had heard regarding their paid service versus the cost of other similar services. It would also allow me to use the iOS app since ONLY PAID SUBSCRIBERS CAN USE THIS APP. So I did that and when I went to pay for it the price dropped to $15 per year. Thats when the problems began. I thought I was paying for their premium service but all the $15 got me was to use their FREE CRAPPY SERVICE on my iPhone. This is simply bait and switch at its worst. No way to get my money back either. So basically when using the app every 2 hours the VPN disconnects without warning and often has problems connecting at all. I then have to reinstall the VPN every time. Since I was tricked and not a premium user as I thought, I am stuck with the very slow and crowded "free on PC" VPN servers which you can count on to disconnect with no warning. When that happens your identity is no longer protected.
