Unusable

Crashes to desktop with country select. Premium Plus user - now very unhappy.

Update 11/13/15: Cant login to app. at all now. Premium Plus, and still have VPN profiles loaded from when the app worked. Only can connect one device at a time, when I paid for 5.

Days with no response to support ticket.

Dont believe the online rave reviews. They are failing to provide service already purchased and not responsive to customers.

Beyond disgruntled, Im now irate.
