Streaming does not work as they explain. After contacting customer service and explaining my streaming issue, I followed the superficial instructions they gave me first, followed them and still I was not able to stream, next they told me I was going to receive an email with more stream troubleshooting info, at that point I was simply wondering how could anyone make sure their web surfing experience was really being protected. Customer service is very slow.

Doesn't work with most apps on iphone, which is ridiculous. This is my third different VPN and it's significantly worse than the others. I'd recommend going a different route.

Can’t get a new subscription trying to use my other cyber ghost account

You just have to go on Japanese streaming servers and then on Netflix you can watch soooooooo much more anime and ANIME IS GOATED

Didn’t recognize me as being a subscriber and wanted me to sign up again. Blocked my internet signal and wouldn’t allow login.

Not happy with the provided services however the cancellation process even worse. They are making cancellation hard and inconvenient in purpose. I wouldn’t recommend this provider

as soon as I bought the yearly subscription, this app had a noticeable decline in performance. I have to restart it two or three times every time I load it, because it always freezes. A few times, it’s dropped me from the network while I’m running an app and exposed my data. Sometimes, it cannot find any network at all to connect to, but luckily this is rare. It’s easy to use, but I wish it was more reliable, I waste so much time starting this app every day multiple times a day. And it’s sloooooow even when it works. And I have to turn off the VPN if I leave my computer unattended, otherwise it freezes up my Internet when I get back and nothing works without restarting my whole computer!!! I would like to disable that lock, but I don’t see how.

So far so good. Been some ups and downs, but for the most part it’s been a good deal.

I called this app trash and trash was offended i would associate it with this app. I’ve had cyber ghost for over 3 years and it’s still asking me to recover purchased every time i load the app. Not to mention the service is unusably slow. It would be faster to walk to your desired location and use a random cafe wifi than use this vpn. I used the toilet yesterday and took a huge cyberghost.

this sheet dosnt work on android, they have ai and coudnt contact them either to fix problem !

So far, of all the VPN’s I’ve tried for gaming, this is the fastest. I’m really liking this app.

Not a very friendly app no links into the description of using your phone to sign in for your android device to your TV and then once you set up a new password it says wrong username or password this is unprofessional I do not recommend this app to anyone.

Inept customer service. The VPN simply would not install on my Lenovo laptop. It was running on my iPhone and IpadPro, but something was preventing a successful install there after Win11 was installed. Customer service initially tried to get it working, and tried various solutions. They reported a continuing problem on their side, and would report to me when it was resolved. That was MONTHS ago, and I never heard from them ever again, even after my repeated requests

Keep disconnecting, crashes, doesn’t work as advertised, and everyone seems to have problems with passwords, payments, and cancellation.
