i have got an account and i used cyberghost on my laptop, but mobile app cannot login. please fix this.

The app is not working on any of apple devices with ios 5. Problem persists for about 2 weeks but Cyberghost team is irresponsive. Apple users should avoid this vpn until the problem is fixed. Waste of money...

Difficult to create an account: you have to memorize huge password and pik code, copy-paste feature is wisely blocked.

It crashes, time wasted

Have this in Windows and now this greedy company wants to charge much more to have it in IOS! Prefer to use other free vpn in ios

A review on a major tech blog led me to download and try this app. Whether intentional or not, the developers are misleading. This app *is not* for free users. IOS app does not work unless you have an account that allows mobile security. This is not stated when opening the account on their web site. Why do they still allow misleading apps on the App Store?

For those people subscribing to the premium CyberGhost service this is a wonderful VPN. Configuration is quick, your information stays private, and data is compressed. Also it allows you to switch countries directly from the app.

The app is unable to connect to the server and says please try again later. This app has had its issues recently even on pcs. Please fix the issues as we are paying for this app.

I went with CyberGhost because I heard good things about it from tech websites. I first tried out the free PC version which took a while to connect and only allowed you to connect two hours at a time. While on their website debating whether or not to subscribe to their premium service, up popped up a special sign up discount for $20 per year. I thought that was a good deal considering the good reviews I had heard regarding their paid service versus the cost of other similar services. It would also allow me to use the iOS app since ONLY PAID SUBSCRIBERS CAN USE THIS APP. So I did that and when I went to pay for it the price dropped to $15 per year. Thats when the problems began. I thought I was paying for their premium service but all the $15 got me was to use their FREE CRAPPY SERVICE on my iPhone. This is simply bait and switch at its worst. No way to get my money back either. So basically when using the app every 2 hours the VPN disconnects without warning and often has problems connecting at all. I then have to reinstall the VPN every time. Since I was tricked and not a premium user as I thought, I am stuck with the very slow and crowded "free on PC" VPN servers which you can count on to disconnect with no warning. When that happens your identity is no longer protected.

Doesnt work on iPhone it did work first install but never since, its ok on Pc but always discovered by most usa TV stations
