CyberGhost VPN: Safe WiFi App Reviews

Title says all.

Says youre signed in on another device but youre not. Wouldnt want to pay for this service with bugs like this.

This needs a confirmation in plain English that the connection to secure, just like the desktop version does.

Crashes when tapping Next after choosing a country. iPad Air 2, iOS 9.

When you choose a country and hit next, it crashes. Does not work on iphone. I am a premium user.

Works fine on my iPad, but doesnt work on my iPhone. I have an iPhone 5s and I only get as far as choosing country and click next, then the app crashes. Please fix this bug.

Please fix your app, it crashes after I try to choose a country on my iPhone 6.

When you try to install the VPN profile it crashes.

Click next after choosing a country, and the app crashes for 5s. Useless app; please update soon.

I have premium so I can use the service, but dont be fooled by their "fast speed" nonsense. It horrifically slows my browsing, download, and upload speed when Im on the VPN.

To use the ios software you have to have a premium account .... There is no free account on ipad or iphone ....a complete Hokey Doke....

Woks great on my phone and PC for the free plan but there is no free lawn for the iPad devices.

Crashes to desktop with country select. Premium Plus user - now very unhappy. Update 11/13/15: Cant login to app. at all now. Premium Plus, and still have VPN profiles loaded from when the app worked. Only can connect one device at a time, when I paid for 5. Days with no response to support ticket. Dont believe the online rave reviews. They are failing to provide service already purchased and not responsive to customers. Beyond disgruntled, Im now irate.

This VPN works for hours during the day but then at night It will drop out mysteriously. I stay with it because the company has customer service and updates the prduct.

Dont bother downloading. Wasted my time only to find you can not set up an account from an iOS device. Why is this piece of shot even in the app market?

The company claims free service. Includes whole list of supported devices and OSs as bait. I signed up on their website and then went to learn how to connect with my iPad. This took me to a page stating that I needed to download their app. Seemed fair enough. Only then I find out (initially by being unable to connect and then going to their support page) that app access is only for the paid service. I would consider a paid service but not with a company that plays games like this. Moving on.

Used to work not anymore. I used this to get on the free wifi at my job. The company wifi blocked curtain sites like YouTube and this would allow me to see them. Well now cyber ghost is on the block list. Do something about this, then youll get 5 stars.

Ads indicate free but after downloading the app and creating an account the message appears that mobile security is not available on the free account and prompts you to upgrade to a premium account.
